Shipping is free on every order, to addresses in the U.S.A.

The short version

• Free shipping on every order. There's no minimum.
• U.S.A. addresses only for now.
• Ships within 1–2 business days of your order, usually.
• Tracking on every order, sent as soon as it ships and shown on your order page.

How your unit is packed

Each unit is cleaned and securely packed with everything listed under In the box on its test report, including a new battery where it takes one. The QR sticker on the unit opens that same report, so you can check the readings the moment it arrives.

Delivery times

The delivery estimate shown at checkout comes from the carrier and isn't guaranteed. Most orders arrive within a few business days of shipping. You can follow your package with the tracking link in our shipping message or on your order page.

Lost or damaged in transit

We're responsible for your order until it's delivered. If it's lost, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll make it right with a replacement unit (if one is in stock) or a full refund. Please keep the box and packing material, and a photo helps us file the claim with the carrier. Your refund never waits on that claim.
